The journey behind Jagaddhite has beer shaped by extensive experience in education, leadership, and transformation. A strong foundation was established through years of teaching Biology, where a deep understanding of student behavior, learning patterns, and potential was developed. This experience was further strengthened through the role of a school principal, where leadership, team development, and institutional growth were actively guided. Over time, a significant gap was recognized-while education imparts knowledge, leadership, mindset, and real-world skills are often not fully developed. This realization led to the transition in the role of a Leadership Coach, whe individuals, educators, and institutia are guided toward building clarity, confidence, and capability.
